Durant Comes Off the Bench
Team USA defeated Serbia 105-79 in an exhibition game on Wednesday in Abu Dhabi, continuing their undefeated streak in pre-Olympic play.
Stephen Curry led the scoring for the United States with 24 points, while Bam Adebayo added 17.
Kevin Durant, who is expected to start for Team USA in the Olympics, came off the bench and scored 11 points in the fourth quarter to help seal the victory. James scored the final 11 points for the US.
The United States will face Spain in their next exhibition game on Friday before heading to Tokyo for the Olympics.
