Early Life and Career

Francisco Miguel Lindor Serrano, born on November 14, 1993, is a Puerto Rican professional baseball shortstop for the New York Mets. Nicknamed "Mr. Smile," Lindor began his MLB career with the Cleveland Indians in 2015.

Lindor quickly established himself as one of the league's best shortstops, winning the Gold Glove Award in 2016 and 2019. He also made four All-Star Game appearances and finished in the top 10 of MVP voting twice.
